2D Pocket do not spiral in after first plunge

In the following example, my tool uses a spiral plunge which is exactly what I want. Unfortunately, it suddenly moves to another position and deep plunges into the stock :

How can I avoid this?

This is usually caused by the ramp diameter being too large for that area. Could you share your Fusion file here so we can see for certain?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Unfortunately, I cannot export this file:

One student share his work, I was able to open it, but I have this issue. Perhaps we can kill two birds with one stone?
