2d contour not cutting as deep as it should

I have been trying to cut some pieces out of MDF and each time the contour job does not seem to cut as deep as it should go. The pieces and stock are 19.05mm. I measured how deep the mill actually went and it was only about 16.5 mm. Any tips for ensuring these cuts make it all the way through would be great.

Have you properly established the tool length offset of your tool, and is your WCS set correctly at the machine?

For WCS I am using the Stock Box Point and using the corner that is closest to 0,0,0. After reviewing the tool setup, I saw that the length offset is set to 1. I dont know what to use this setting for so I havent touched it.

is the stock size that you've defined in the setup the same height as your part?
