Y axis to C axis Lynx Lathe
You can't use the C axis alone, not with a Radial tool holder. You could do so with an Axial, although that's quite a long feature....
Is there a specific reason you would rather not use the Y axis? There's enough travel on our stout little machines (I'm a Lynx owner)
