Wrap a solid around a cylinder

Hi, I am new to using Fusion 360 and I need to wrap a solid around a cylinder. I can't find a way to do that. Could somebody help me? I attached an image of what I am trying to wrap around the cylinder

Thank you for that knowledge, but it isn't what I wanted to do. What I want to do is to have the rectangles around the side of the cylinder like the blades of a fan. Would that be possible in Fusion 360?

Hi,

This is determined by the assignment of the sketch to the base body.

If it's not that either, show a picture of a real object.
