Working Offline: Outage Detected

• We've detected an unexpected outage.

Fusion 360 is temporarily in offline mode.

This is affecting all online workflows. We're working on bringing Fusion 360 back online ASAP.

I have been getting this all day - I have run a repair - turned off VPN - restarted the computer multiple times - restarted the program multiple times.

I cannot save any meshes - and therefore cannot progress with anything. I am well and truly stuck.

@atomicsupersonic We are certainly not having any service side issues and none of ur clients should be offline.

1. Can you please confirm if you are on our latest 2.0.15995 version?
2. Also, does closing Fusion/restarting the machine/Launching again help?
3. If possible can you restart your router to make sure that there is no network related issues?
4. If all of the above does not solve, then when launching Fusion can you click on Ctrl+Shift (Windows) Cmd+Shift (Mac) to launch Fusion service utility and gather the system data and attach the diagnostic log zip file that it generates?

@atomicsupersonic Thank you for the logs. It looks like there is a token refresh that is not happening. Looking more into the logs but here I a quick thing to try out to get past this.

0. If you have any other Autodesk product open please close them
1. Close Fusion 360
2. Go to C:\Users\USER ID\AppData\Local\Autodesk - Delete the folder Identity service
3. launch Fusion 360 again

it should ask you to login. At this point it should get you online again.

I did as you asked and now when I try to sign in and go to a webpage I get

"Oops... an error occurred"

"We're experiencing some problems accessing your Autodesk account.

Please try again later."

I was able to login into a different browser, Firefox instead of Safari. I am in an account now, But I am not seeing ANY of my projects and items.

I am starting to freak out a little.

How can I safeguard the files that I still have in the app at this end?

I have found them

Looks like there are two identities on the account.

Might need some attention on that, please.

@atomicsupersonic

1.To clarify, you were able to use Firefox and login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login but you are not seeing all your projects?

2.Also, can you make Firefox your default browser and login to Fusion 360?

3. Are you part of multiple team hubs by any chance and you just need to switch to your hub to see your projects?

@atomicsupersonic Its likely that one if a personal hub and the other is a team hub.  If you switch between the hubs are you seeing all your projects?

The instructions you gave on that web link

1. All appear to be for Windows (I am on OSX)

2. The file that downloads cannot find anything that will open it (I presume it needs a PC-Windows)

3. I do not have Autodesk Desktop/Access installed (But I am downloading as I type) _Seems I can't as its a WINDOWS thing. Not OSX.

I have had this issue almost every day this week! What is going on AutoDesk? I pay for this subscription. A few outages a year is acceptable, outages more often than not is useless and frustrating.
