Work space window shrinks mid work and I can't resize

Hello, I'm pretty new to Fusion and haven't had this problem until maybe a month ago. Sometimes my work space window (unsure of the term) will just snap into a much smaller size and I can't change it at all. Interestingly is the mouse still corresponds to the normal movement in the full screen space but the displayed image is minuscule. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have multiple monitors?

Is your graphics drivers, windows, F360 up to date?

Have you changed the recommended screen resolution on your PC?
