Work slowly

It works very slowly - after the command nothing happens for 30 seconds or more. The software was restarted yesterday, and the video card driver of the card installed a new one. There are 10 simple parts in the file. What could be my problem? Thanks

File > export > save as f3d on local drive  > attach it to the next post
