Window Misplaced in Mac Book Pro when Working with External Monitor

Environment:

MacBookPro with macOS Mojave 10.14.6. Built-in display resolution is 2880x1800. External monitor resolution is 1920x1080.

Problem:

Some sub-window (e.g. edit tool) of Fusion opens at locations near the edge or out of the screen space.

Details:

When I open Fusion, it will open on my built-in display. I drag the Fusion window to the external screen. I open tool library under MANAGE. Tool library window opens on built-in display rather than external screen. I click edit tool, and that window is also on the built-in display.

I want all windows open at the location, where Fusion is. So I tried to make Fusion starts in the external monitor:

Fusion starts in the external display. Tool library opens at the same screen. However, when I click edit tool. The window opens at the bottom edge of the external display. It was really hard to find.

There are some other sub-windows also like that, but I can repeat the problem with this edit tool window every time.

I changed display resolution to scaled and that fixed the problem. I found this method in here:
