Will not give me Free version?

I was on a Personal account, try to update while my account was finishing but it would not let me, so I let it run out today, hoping I can renew my personal account this afternoon, so I download from here: Fusion 360 for Personal Use Download | Autodesk
Sign in and download above file, I allow for 3 hours for my account to change to Personal and I'm still on Trial account why?
Yes I did sign out of my account and sign back in.
Please help what I'm doing wrong?

keep your feet still until the "Expired Subscription ..." message appears at the end of the trial phase.
Then follow these instructions:

It is clear from the volume of similar reports that the official guidelines for renewing licenses are of limited use.

What if it does not let me in 30 days time, as I couldn't update when it
said expiring soon, why?

Hi,

1. the post  (#2) says " Expired ... not Expires soon"!!!
2. data is definitely not lost

3. I successfully went through the described process 10 days ago.

I try while "Expried soon", to No avail.
So I waited until it expired, thinking you need to update after it expired.
So I try again with "Expired" and still to No avail.
I have got Tech Support now, still waiting on the Support to report back to me.
I have clear my cache, logged in and out of my account, while in Fusion 360 program. Still to No avail 3 hours later.
