why is the fusion resolution low?

I have been trying to get the best quality of fusion, but something about the resolution is throwing me off. I looked how to fix it but when I tried changing it, fusion wont allow me. it is like it is lock. I don't know if it is a education edition thing or if it is some glitch but i'll keep on trying.

As @g-andresen said, more info is needed. There is no difference between the license types regarding resolution.
