why don't I have a sketch panel on my toolbar

I have been trying to figure out fusion 360. I am used to sketchup and I kept wondering where the line tool was as well as other sketch tools. After watching several videos, I realized my toolbar does not have a sketch panel. I tried to right-click the toolbar to reset customization, I've tried resetting defaults, there just does not seem to be an option to add or restore these tools to my toolbar. I don't recall removing it even by accident. I don't recall even seeing it there...every. Please help. This is so frustrating. BTW, I REALLY HATE the lack of a simple contact on the fusion site. IMPOSSIBLE to actually get someone to help. Ridiculous. If you can't help us pee-ons who don't spend a fortune on your subscription, what does that say about your customer support overall? Really makes me dislike the company and really makes me not want to upgrade to a paid subscription......ever.

PLEASE, PLEASE help!

Someone in another forum actually helped me. What is it with you people.
Yes the dang thing is free.... so are a lot of other programs that have
excellent support. I mean, for crying out loud, why can't I just email them
and they can answer at their leisure. It wasn't the timeframe I have a
problem with. Its that I'm forced to a forum for answers instead of being
able to actually contact the flipping company. Sorry but in my book that's
someone that doesn't care much.

I have the same problem. Can someone post the solution? I don't have the Sketch option available on the menu.

Do you have this toolbar?

Click on the Sketch icon, or edit a sketch, and you will get this toolbar,

sktchtbr.PNG

If not, we need more information.

Hi,

1. upload 3 screenshots from your toolbar with SOLID, SURFACE and SHEET METAL > active

2. show your actions in a screencast to take a look.

what about the people who paid for fusion 360, stop claiming being offended on peoples posts whom are seeking help but instead try to help them or if you are eager to be a negative person just keep your hands off the keyboard when it comes to other people complaining. It is unethical to defend irresponsibility and speak out as if you are the representing lawyer  without any previous official declaration.

@malekmahayri   Just ignore any responses that are not appropriate (or you can click the Report link).

Do you have a question today that someone can help you with?
