Why on earth can't I drag these sketch points?  They are not constrained as far as I am aware.  None of the sketch lines are green.  These basic things should not be so difficult.

You can,

until you show us why you can't.

please share your design here.  Could be that those sketch entities are not on the sketch plane, or not  in the active sketch, or something else entirely.  Won't know until we can see it ourselves.

Ok, thanks for being clever.  I won't bother coming here again.

No file, or Screencast, how can I help further?

Nothing in the pic to give a clue.

While having a similar problem, your comment here helped just as much as mine now.

Fantastic!

I Have a sketch here, there are several unconstrained lines, but I cannot drag and pull any of them. As if they were fully constrained, but they are not.

you are missing one angle dimension.  I'm not sure quite why drag doesn't work, but I know that drag does temporarily sometimes add extra constraints to try to force desired behavior, so I suspect that is what is going on here.

Hello,

thanks for the answer, so you confirm that you cannot drag the angle too?

That means it is not some setting or a hickup of my computer. It should be possible do manipulate the angle, without locking it to a fixed value.

I was trying to drag the swivel arm to any conventient position to check if the horizontal spline of the swivel looks reasonable.

Greetings
