which part of this simple drawing is not yet constrained ?

No matter which node or line I drag, the whole drawing moves. I wonder which part is not yet constrained.  Yes, I notice those little white dots which means they are not constrained but the fact is they are.  May be I am wrong, newbie here ....  The .f3d file is attached.  Will appreciate some help.

You described the issue perfectly:  "No matter which node or line I drag, the whole drawing moves"

To be fully constrained, nothing should move.  You just need two more dimensions to the origin to fix the whole thing
