Where can I set the date and time expression according to ISO 8601?

In our company we have a rule for internal documents to be saved as YYYYMMDD_filename. 
This date format corresponds to the ISO 8601 standard.

But Fusion360 not only writes the time in AM and PM, it uses MMDDYYYY as date format.

So how do I change it? Is there a hidden setting?

ISO 8601 was released in 1988.
