when i move a component the hiden models do not move with it

i have not used fusion360 in several months.

i am trying to move my nested components around some are hidden yet when i move them the hidden ones do not get moved.

Expected behaviour.  Tools operate on visible articles.

that blue shading is unusual too.

if i select a component to move it, i would expect it to move all sub models regardless of them being hidden or not.
several updates ago this wasn't an issue. now it is.

In my experience they actually do move, the blue highlights just don't update so when you reshow everything you should see that everything you moved did in fact move.

 

Started noticing this bug around November of last year so we've got about another 4 years until it's mostly fixed.
