when I create a centerpoint arc of 357 degrees, the sketch is finalized to 3 degrees

Hi, when I create a centerpoint arc of 357 degrees, it looks good (see above) until I Finish Sketch, when it changes to 3 degrees. You can see that I am switching to Sheet Metal to create a flange and the flange is created on the 3 degree arc not the desired 357 degree arc.

...after I click Finish Sketch.

when I try to create flange in sheet metal, all I can choose is the 3 degree arc.

 

I would be grateful if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong!

So I just defined my arc as 3 degrees, fusion shows 357, and I can create a flange on the 357 degree arc.
