What restraint is missing

I drew a sketch and fully defined everything and then copied it being sure that all dimensions and restraints were inside the selection box, but when I placed it and added the height, and even had to add a horizontal vertical restraint but one dimension or restraint is missing and I can't figure out what is missing.

Can you please point us to the Sketch in the file which you are trying to fully constrain?
