What is this floating menu bar called and how do you remove it?

This thing (some sort of context menu) is always in front of what I need to click and really gets in the way. Every update it seems to get worse. Given there are already places to enter number in how do I disable it or remove it?

For instance on this latest project every time I pan it resets itself to back where I need to be selecting and I have to drag it away again.

Fusion 360 Team, please remove it or make it able to be locked in a position.

Photoshop has a feature just like this (also annoying) but at least you can lock it or turn it off/disable.

For instance here it is jumping right in front of where I want to click EVERY TIME I CLICK!

You cannot disable this dialog box.  The floating into undesired positions has been reported and acknowledge, hopefully it will be remedied in soon to be released update.

hello, i have the same problem. it is very frustrating when it appears exactly where you want to click. 

Has a solution been found to disable it?

Just add it to the pile of stuff they've said the same thing about for the last 6-8 years...

I cannot believe that there is no way to turn this off in TYOOL 2025. I mean, I can believe it, but it is very annoying.
