Hi,
Double click on a material, click on Advanced, in Relief pattern (bump), under the image keep the pointer over its title and it shows you the path.
If you right click on the image you get "edit image" but it doesn't do anything else to me, I don't know how to edit it with it.
Another way would be to take a screenshot of that image, edit it and re-enter it, but the quickest way is to search for an image on the internet and enter it directly by clicking on the title of the master image looking for where you have saved it in the window that opens.
