I was told by Vinaya at Autodesk customer support that...

"The latest version of Fusion is 2.0.11894, released on December 13th."

Is this true?

This what I have...

Fusion 360 2.0.17721 x86_64

That's what I thought.

Any idea why customer support wouldn't know that.

It seems like they think the last update was in December of last year.

From what i can tell, your case is with our accounts team and talking to someone unlikely to be familiar with Fusion.

It's mostly that "Customer Support" is a very broad term for a very large company with a significant number of products. Non commercial subscribers are entitled to talk to our accounts team and they often try to help but also are unfamiliar with the programs.

We have a commercial subscription.

Why wouldn't they get us in touch with the proper support?

I don't know but its not something that makes me happy to hear.

I would highly recommend using the options here to contact support directly: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/What-are-the-Techn...

I don't see any cases with my team. In-Product Chat should be the fastest way to get hold of us, web and Schedule a call would work too.

If you are using web chat - you are NOT chatting with "Product support." But likely are accounts team.

As a commercial subscriber - from Fusion do the following:

  1. Click the Autodesk logo in the lower right
  2. Type your issue
  3. Scroll down
  4. Click 'contact a support agent'
  5. You should only wait around a minute before chatting with product support
