So far I've created this texture by hand, but it is tedious and I know there is a better way to accomplish this, but I don't know the tools well enough.
This is a very simplified version of what I'm making. As you can see I've modeled the grooves on the sides by hand, but I want to apply this same texture to all the sides of my object, and doing it by hand (especially the more complicated version I'm working on) would be tedious.
What would be an easier way to accomplish this?
