Well I thought this was resolved...

Autodesk monthly payment was made on April 4th and my Fusion subscription was suddenly deactivated and said expired until late last week. I've asked for either a refund on April or a credit for May and was told NO. Way to treat your customers Autodesk.
I'm pretty mad and looking for an alternative program to use now before I get billed again.

I am because you just took another months payment. Making it right is giving me money back for April when I couldn't effectively use Fusion is the only real fix as far as I'm concerned.
