Weird Groove

I wanted to make a groove (3mm width, 1mm depth) on a 1672 mm plate (20mm thickness). I sketched the shape and revolved it, at the end I got a very weird groove, can someone help?

But to make sure that it isn't a geometry issue rather than a graphics issue you should always Attach your file here.

If the data is proprietary then make up a dummy file that exhibits the same issue.

Also - you have at least one dimension that does not make logical sense in the real world.
