Weird glitch when doing circular pattern.

Hello Fusion360 Community!

I have a weird glitch that I cannot solve.

First, when I am creating a hole in my part, it creates a tiny glitch, which can be seen here:Screenshot 2022-12-13 115607.png

But this isn't even the bigger problem. Or it solves itself when I do the next step.

The next step is doing a circular pattern to get more holes. When I do this, this glitch appears:

I have already tried a lot of different things, but nothing helps.

The .f3d file can be found down below. I would really appreciate the help.

If it were my design I would:

1. Fully define all sketches - no blue lines, arcs or white dots.

2. I would not have duplicated sketch geometry in Sketch40.

Pattern Features rather than sketch elements...

3. If you Edit Revolve54 do you get any errors?

When I start to add missing dimensions to try to decipher the true Design Intent - the dimensions do not make logical sense?

I recommend starting over from scratch and Attaching your new file here after each and every arc or line.

A clean logical fully defined sketch is critical to achieving predictable robust geometry.

these are graphics glitches.  Your design itself is fine.  You can fix this using Display Detail Control, as in the screencast:  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/screencast/d65038c1-50e8-4ca9-b839-63acd738316e
