Web Version Needs to Be Updated

I was trying to work on my project using the fusion 360 web app but when I try to open the file I need it says I need to update fusion and try again. I have tried to talk to customer service with the chatbot 5 times but haven't been able to talk to someone or find a fix

@KV11941 We have now updated Fusion online. It typically takes an hour for all the servers to catch up. Please let us know if you are on the latest in an hour from now.
