When you use the WEB tool for the first time, it defaults to the Depth option of "To Next". If you change it to "Depth" it shows a new numeric field for "Depth". All is good, so the "OK" button is pressed.
If WEB tool is used again, the tool dialog window still shows "Depth" for the Depth option, but the "Depth" numeric entry field is not visible. It can be made to appear if the Depth option is changed to "To Next" and then back to "Depth" again.
This is in the DESIGN workspace, when selecting the WEB tool under the CREATE extended menu.
