Web and Desktop Version Compatibility

One of my students made a design on the desktop version, worked on it in the web version, and now cannot open it in the desktop version - he gets an error to update Fusion to the latest version, but it updated.  Aren't these supposed to be compatible?

Is the desktop version, version V.2.0.11405? Never heard of any problems using the browser version files on the desktop version. More likely problems the other way around as the browser version can take a few weeks to be updated.

Thanks for the info. I have version 2.0.10564. Apparently the latest update is not being downloaded for some reason. That may be the problem. Any ideas why that would be happening? I thought Fusion updates were downloaded automatically?

There was a problem with auto update a few weeks back that's affecting a few people. Think you just install again, no need to uninstall first.
