Cannot upload models into Fusion from Autodesk vault or post process any existing saved models. To my knowledge our acct is up to date.

The error indicates that you are using a Personal Use license, is that accurate?

@mbulgerDHJU5 Are you indicating that your license changed to personal? Can you let us know what license you had before this? If you are a commercial customer please do reach out to our support team for some quick actions. If you can also send me your email that is used to register for Fusion I can connect without license team as well to understand what is going on here.
