Visibility toggling is broken

I'm having problems with components/bodies not getting turned visible reliably. I will turn off visibility for a high level component to hide it and all subcomponents, and when I toggle it back on only a few parts show up again. I have to repeat the toggle a few times before fusion seems to realize it hasn't turned them all on. This is a screen shot showing the highlighted body, which should be visible, and isn't. This is after toggling the "Hinged Frame" component to be visible again. In fact most parts did not show back up, about 20 out of 26 total subcomponents just remained invisible.

Toggling that "Hinged Frame" component a couple times finally gets all parts to show up:

This has been happening for ages with the origin, it randomly becomes visible when it's toggled off in the browser, and sometimes it takes a couple toggles to make it show up from being invisible. But it happening with components is a much bigger hinderance to getting work done.

Please attach your model you talk about above.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.

This is not a problem with a single design. I am experiencing this in basically every design I work with. Doesn't matter of it's one I started 5 years ago or yesterday. I just grabbed the screen shots from the file that happened to be open when it finally annoyed me enough to create the thread.
