View Job Status = "Processing" but never changes

So after experiencing a slowdown, I decided to restart Fusion. I saved the file I was working on, which was a development branch off of a series of designs.

I restarted Fusion, but the new, recently saved file, wasn't in the "Recent" folder. After searching, I found the filename listed in the "View Job Status/Data" window, with a progress bar marked "Processing."

Unfortunately, this bar has remained at zero for almost 10 hours, even though the network connection is (and has been) solid.

Is it possible for me to locate this design in some local cache, or do I need to just accept that I lost the 2.5 hours of work last night and move on with my miserable existence?

I am on a Windows System.  I can find my Fusion Cached Files in the "F" or "Q" folder in the following directory.  Please note, the F3D file will be named a bit different but the beginning of the name you will recognize.  If you find the file, copy it to a different folder and open it from there.  Please note the red arrow denotes my Windows user name, yours will be different.  I have no idea as the folder name on an Apple system.

For others that may experience this issue, on MacOS, the filename bears no resemblance to the saved name.

In my case, the full path was:

~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/6VL2ZC82JHQ8Q3GW/W.login/Q/2fa28404-b8c4-4dad-b93c-b5fadf07639a.f3d

I figured it out from the time stamp and it was one of only three .f3d files.

Follow up:

I spoke too soon. This was a configured file, and although it appeared to contain all the latest changes I'd made, in fact, it lost all configuration information (it's no longer a "configured file," and the various text parameters I was using to drive embossed strings now throw errors), so I'll be better off going back and remaking the changes I made last night.
