The view cube disappears mid way through working in design. The only way I can get it back is to restart fusion.

Hi @lbatemanBUCM5

  • Toggle ViewCube Visibility: Use the shortcut Shift + Command + C to toggle the ViewCube on and off. Sometimes, it refreshes the UI.

  • Graphics Driver Issues: Check if your Mac's graphics drivers are updated or compatible. Fusion 360 can struggle with outdated drivers.

  • Reset Preferences: In Fusion 360, go to Help > Reset Fusion 360 Settings to revert to default settings. It might resolve any hidden UI issues.

  • Disable Hardware Acceleration: In Preferences > General > Graphics, turn off Hardware Acceleration. This reduces strain on your GPU and can fix visual bugs.

  • Reinstall Fusion 360: If none of the above work, uninstall and reinstall the software to resolve potential corruption.

Just a few suggestions that were once suggested to me in the past with this issue, hope it helps!

Happy New Year Regards!

Has this started since the latest update or is this an issue that you've had for a while?

I've been struggling with this issue. For me, it mainly happens when starting fusion. Here are 2 settings that i changed that solved the issue for me. Hope this helps. Ill also be sharing this in other topics to help others because this seems to be a common problem.
