View and modify Parameters while working on the 3d drawing and sketches.

Hello, this is an improvement request to the Autodesk teem.  It would be nice to be able to view and modify Parameters while working on the 3d drawing and sketches. Currently you need to close the Parameters window before you can continue working on the 3d drawing and sketches.

I would like the parameters window to be NON-MODAL (remain open) as well. Perhaps if the issue were auto-updating parameters they could add an Apply button (next to the OK button as per professional windows design practices.)

Would also be nice to be able to dock the parameters window to a side panel.
