vertical dimensions issue

When drawing vertical dimensions in a sketch, I sometimes get them readable from the right and sometimes from the left.

I need them alway readable from the right side.

I saw that direction of text depends from the drawing direction.
drawing a vertical line from upper to lower side it is readable from the right side.
drawing the line from lower to upper side it is readable from the left side.
But not alway it is possible to draw in the correct direction!
Any solution?
