Using Fusion 360 in fullscreen mode on Mac

I'm using Fusion 360 in full screen mode on a Mac with 2 displays.  Fusion running on one display.  When I open certain dialogs or click certain things, Fusion vanishes and I have to click the icon again in the task bar to get back to work.

For example right now I working on some nesting.  I have "Nest Preparation" open and any time I change a component from Automatic to Ignore (or vice versa) Fusion shoots off the screen and I am left looking at an empty desktop.

This has been happening for a few days and I have restarted the computer.  Not noticing this issue on a PC but also on PC I only have one display so that maybe is part of the problem.

Is this just one of those things that I have to work with?  I can't figure out how to resolve this mildly annoying problem.
