#URGENT# Since Aug Update Opening Existing Models Crashes F360

Since the August update that I did yesterday, when I open certain models it crashes Fusion 360. I have updated all drivers, restarted multiple times and still crashes. It is 2 specific models that crash the program.

It gets hung up on "computing base mesh feature1" then down it goes. I pasted a snip of the feature that fails.

I can open a couple other models, just not this one. Please advise.

I saw you post about a crash issue with base compute, I am having a similar issue but I think it is related to a mesh.

@Kmetiuk Thank you for the error ID. I can confirm it is the same issue that we are chasing internally to fix ASAP. We are hoping to get an update to resolve this issue in about 6-8 hours from the time of this posting.

Please update to 2.0.10811. This should contain the fix for the crash.

I am still stuck on 2.0.10806.  I have restarted multiple times, wont seem to update. Maybe its not rolled out yet?

)@Kmetiuk If you are on windows, please re-install Fusion (you don't have to uninstall). We are working to fix the live update which means when we deploy 2.0.1081x we will ask you to re-install again (no need to uninstall). Sorry for the inconvenience.
