Uploading to the cloud not working between two computers

I have a design and I'm trying to do my cam on my home computer because my shop computer is fairly slow for writing complex cam files.  I have saved the file on my shop computer and closed fusion.  I do not get the "need to upload" screen, it appears to be uploaded.  When I go into fusion in my home computer (which I brought into the shop and is right next to my work computer) the file appears in the queue but has a revolving circle on it like it's loading, but it never loads.

I have had this problem multiple times with different files.

My internet speed is 67.5 mbps download 11.4 upload.  It is very reliable.

@paulmcevoy75 I assume the logs are from your home computer. The logs does show that there are pending files that are yet to be uploaded to the cloud.

1. On your work computer what is the last version of the file you have in the data panel.

2. When you view it on the home computer are you seeing the same version?

3. On your home computer (if the log is from your home computer) - can you launch Fusion - Go to Help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility - Run the reset Fusion.

Now does the sync between the two machines work well?

I saw another post and reset fusion earlier.

It did work.  It seemed slow to upload but then it was there.

I have had this problem several times before.  Basically whenever I've tried to do this.

Before I did the reset I wasn't able to load the file at all into my home computer because it would just do the spinning wheel thing.

So it works but it would be cool if it didn't do that...

@paulmcevoy75 If the upload is getting stuck it is most likely some network issue that Fusion is struggling to connect. In the logs that you attached, I do see evidence of files stuck in the queue. Do you see upload queue stuck at this time?
