Upload Problem

I've been having problems uploading.  I'll finish working on a drawing and pretty much have to leave my computer on all night long to let the file finish uploading.  I don't see any spinning patience wheels or bars or anything that indicates there is really anything going on.  

 

tonight I finally decided to export/backkup my file  locally then shoot the app.  when I restarted I saw this pop up.  Never seen it before.  Any idea what might be going on?UploadProb.jpg

Hi @apostM2K9B

 

Thanks for posting. I've seen a few upload issues like this recently and have some thoughts.

 

Please be advised that there is currently an outage for Fusion 360 occurring that will likely effect save and upload operations. I would recommend watching the Autodesk Health Dashboard and beginning to troubleshoot when Fusion 360 shows no problems. 

 

The Job Status window you are seeing is showing the uploads that have not completed yet - it is simply showing that those uploads have not been completely lost. So, I think the problem is that Fusion is performing these uploads very slowly.

 

In some recent cases I've seen, disabling the "Optimize File Transfers Depending on Network Performance" has worked to resolve this problem behavior.
