@jd_ss The logs call out [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Users\\jd\\AppData\\Local\\Autodesk\\webdeploy\\meta\\uninstall.wsf'

disregard, after following suggested link, simple decided to reinstall. working again.
