@2523952A Can you please expand on the details? What kind of errors are you seeing? Does it allow for you to collect log files and if it does can you attach them here?

Thank you for your quick response! When I try to update Fusion360, I receive an error message that says 'Update failed....' Unfortunately, I'm not sure what that means or how to fix it.

I've attached some pictures of the error message to this reply, so hopefully that will help. there's a link that takes me to the Autodesk webpage 'End of life for Fusion 360 on macOS 10.15 (Catalina), Windows 8.1, Windows 10 Version 1803 & older – Effective March 2023', but I use windows 11. If there's anything else I can provide to help diagnose the issue, please let me know. Thank you again for your help!

@2523952A Thank you for the additional details. The logs show this

Finish executing pre-check:- DiskSpaceFull, Result:- FAILURE

Can you please check to see the available space on the machine?

Thank you for identifying the issue. Upon further investigation, I have confirmed that my Windows (C:) drive has only 1.7GB free out of 80GB, while my Data (D:) drive has 245GB free. I understand that the software and OneNote files are the primary culprits taking up space on the C drive, which is causing the pre-check to fail.

In light of this, may I request your guidance on how I can move these files (large SW & onenote) to the D drive to free up space on the C drive?

@2523952A Fusion at this time needs the C: drive for install. So we cannot move any install files from there. As for the Onenote files, it should simply be a copy/move to the 😧 drive.

Thank you for getting back to me. I apologize for my delayed response.

Regarding the installation of Fusion, I understand that it needs to be installed on the C: drive. However, I have another issue that I was hoping you could help me with. I tried to move my OneNote files from the C: drive to the

D drive, but I don't know exactly how to do that without the risk of losing my files, although you mentioned it's just a copy & paste. I have attached a screenshot of the empty file

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could offer.

Thank you again for your help.

@2523952A @Do a search on how to move one note files and Microsoft has plenty of documentation. One of them should certainly explain what you want done.
