Update/Installation Errno 0

Fusion 360 started to fail its automatic updates, and in order to solve the issue I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the program. The reinstallation is also failing, citing "<urlopen error [Errno 0] Error> and stops the installation. See log file attached. At this point, I cannot even get Fusion back on to the machine.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I can see you are using a proxy server. Can you please try to install Fusion 360 by removing the proxy? Or let us know what the proxy is used for?

The proxy is a company managed element of our devices, and the solution ended up being to temporarily disable the antivirus software. Fusion installed properly and now updates properly as well. I am a little confused as to why this was not an issue on my other machine that uses the exact same proxy and antivirus, but at least it's working now!

Thanks @dsouzasujay !

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm not sure what might have caused this issue.
But good to know Fusion 360 is back and it Auto-updates.
