I have now uninstalled and reinstalled everyday for the last week.

 

Log files are attached.

Your log file says you are using a Proxy Server configuration when you are trying to Update Fusion 360.  Unless you have configured your proxy correctly, you will have issues downloading necessary files, which the log files says you are.  I would turn off your Proxy server configuration during the Fusion 360 update and then turn it back on.  By the way, a VPN connection can act like a Proxy Server as well.
