Update Failed to Complete

I consistently receive this error when Fusion attempts to update. Fusion is still usable, but I'm not able to download new materials/appearances until the update is complete.
Diagnostic log is attached.
I have checked my internet connection and restarted my PC many times, but nothing seems to work.
Any help is appreciated!
