Update Failed to Complete

I consistently receive this error when Fusion attempts to update. Fusion is still usable, but I'm not able to download new materials/appearances until the update is complete. 

 

Diagnostic log is attached. 

 

I have checked my internet connection and restarted my PC many times, but nothing seems to work.

 

Any help is appreciated!

Hi @patrick_devlin,

 

Thanks for posting! I can see the following notification within the log: [WinError 5] Access is denied...

This may be caused by your security software (see: [WinError 5] Access is denied when installing fusion 360) preventing Fusion 360 from updating correctly. The article mentions McAfee but this can be related to other security solutions.
