When I try to work online in Fusion 360, I get the message: "the update failed to complete". I have restarted Fusion and Windows several times with no results. Please see the attached diagnostics log.

Hi @Darryl_Duvenhage ,

 

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

 

Your logs seem to be filled with:

 

urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it>

 

Are you using any anti-virus or are behind a proxy? It looks like the connection to our servers are being refused.
