Thank you for sharing log file.
Looks like another streamer.exe process is running.
1. Close Fusion360
2. Open task manager & close streamer.exe (or Fusion360.exe) if running from process.
3. Launch Fusion360
or try open Fusion with just reboot your PC.

Unfortunately, not able to pinpoint issue immediately. Wondering what error message you are received for update failure? Based on you share log file, try to upgrade from 2.0.12376(20220204233047) to 2.0.12392(20220216104621) but looks like process been bypassed to update.
If you are currently in the same status, please try with below step to see you can get updated version 2.0.12392. Below step works when you have only one release of Fusion. (means no side by side installation with insider version).
1. Remove %localappdata%\Autodesk\webdeploy\meta\registry
2. Execute %localappdata%\Autodesk\webdeploy\meta\streamer\streamer.bat
