Update Fail

My Fusion 360 can't update. I tried to restarting my computer and Fusion 360 but it won't work. This appears when I try to insert a component. I attached the log file below. Thanks for your concern.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Looking at the log, there seems to be an issue with the SSL on your machine. This can happen due to python/SSL version mismatch.
Can you run following command in terminal and share the output:

$ python3 -c "import ssl; print(ssl.OPENSSL_VERSION)"

 


One way to fix this problem is a clean reinstall.

  1. You can follow this article: How to perform an automatic clean uninstall of Autodesk Fusion 360 to uninstall Fusion.
  2. Then install Fusion again - This should install the latest version and hopefully the SSL issue should not appear in the next update.

Btw, your current Fusion build version 2.0.6231 is almost an year old build. I suggest the clean re-install route if it's not too much work for you.
