Unwanted hidden detail lines
The lines look like phantom lines you get when a sketch is made visible in the drawing browser. Is a sketch visible in the browser? If it's not this can you share the part?
Also please paste\embed pictures as it makes it easier to read and view.

If it is hidden lines have you tried disabling them? Double click the view and try changing to visible only.

Hi Mark
I changed the lines you see in blue from solid to dashed and then saved the model. Opened the drawing, did an update and they have disappeared.

That indicates you have the sketch set to visible in the drawings workspace browser (like I show in my first reply). Construction lines in a sketch do not show, only normal lines will show as phantom lines if a sketch is visible.
