unresponsive data panel

ive tried clearing the cache , renaming the .DAT file  unistalling and reinstalling fusion and still my data panel in unresponsive !!   this is not a funny matter  AUTODESK!!! i cant do nothing as i have ten editable projects  open  and cant access the panel to make any read only to open my other projects, this bug is really getting rather extremely annoying now and autodesk has been no help .. not happy  all was working fine untill the new changes to personal licence was enforced !!!    pretty sneaky move if you ask me 😠
