Unresolved Component Error in Configuration

I'm trying to add the appearance to my configuration. Whenever I add it, I get a red diamond exclamation symbol. When I hover over it, I get following error:

-------

Unresolved Component

Locate this component in the Browser to resolve it.

Component: LED Segments:1
-------

I don't see any issue with my model other than the ":1" suffixed after the component which is odd, which I assume means it's a copy of another component. I searched all over the browser and couldn't find anything leading me to a way of resolving it.

Hi @markusbarnes, is LED Segments one of the configurations from a configured design? If yes, the issue might be caused by the configuration not being uploaded successfully when you inserted it into the assembly. Here are 3 methods you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Right-click on LED Segments:1, if the Resolve Component command appears in the menu, click on it to see if it resolves the issue.
  2. Modify the original configured design to create a new version of the LED Segments configuration, and then update it in the assembly.
  3. Copy your configured design and use the Replace Component command to replace LED Segments:1 with the same named configuration from the copied configured design.

The LED Segment:1 is a separate component inside the same document. It's not an external link.

Hi @markusbarnes could you please provide a screenshot of the browser and the error message? A video or a copy of the data would also be very helpful in identifying the problem.

Thank you for your response. I PMed you a recording of the issue.

I tried to include a screenshot with my original post, but I encountered an issue. The site was under some maintenance at the time, so it might have something to do with it.
