Unresolved blue lines in blue area

I have 2 blue lines that I can't figure out how to define. You can see in the attached file that the lines are at the top. If I draw a horizontal line through the sketch the upper part turns blue and the lower part white, indicating that the problem is below the line, which really confuses me.

What needs to be done here?

The horizontal line under your long blue line is construction.  Change it for a profile, or leave it for surface tools.

Fully defined - needs more dimensions on the top black lines.  Constrain the centre line as vertical.
