Unknown Grooving Error

Hi Folks, I got unknown error, almost all of my 1mm cutting grooving operations. It says unknown error and, invalid contour, Fusion crush few times, I also send report about it all time.

Could you help me please?

It seems that having "Finishing Passes" turned ON yields to the failure. I suggest turning it OFF and then duplicating the toolpath. One path to rough, a second to finish it. @akash.kamoolkar , am I missing something obvious here?
